User Agreement and Public Offer

klass.music Service - Telegram bot for creating songs

Version dated 11 October 2026

This document governs the use of the klass.music service and the purchase of song generation packages. The User Agreement sets out the rules for using the service, and the Public Offer sets out the terms for ordering and paying for services.

The Agreement, Public Offer, Personal Data Processing Policy and rules for using generated songs are available in the bot menu. The rules for using results are set out in clauses 4.4-4.6 of the Agreement.

User Agreement

1 Service and basic definitions

1.1. The klass.music service (the Service) provides automated song creation through a Telegram bot at the User's request, including through artificial intelligence technologies. A request may contain a topic, a description of an event, preferences for lyrics and musical style, or the User's own lyrics, within the available functionality.

1.2. The Provider is AYTI IDROK AKADEMIYASI LLC, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 312880165, registered on 16 March 2026. Address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Fergana Region, Kushtepa District, urban settlement of Kushtepa, Shodlik Citizens' Assembly (MFY), Bakhmal Street, Building 12-A.

1.3. The User is an individual with the legal capacity required to enter into a contract. Where the law requires consent from a legal representative, paid services may be used only with such consent.

1.4. A Generation is the processing of one request confirmed by the User and delivery of a result in the form described before the generation is started. The number of song versions, file format, duration and available settings are shown in the interface before the request is confirmed. One launch does not include unlimited revisions.

1.5. A Package is a paid number of Generations. The Generation Balance is the number of paid or separately granted free launches available to the User. The balance is not a bank account or electronic money.

1.6. Address of the klass.music Telegram bot: https://t.me/klass_musicbot.

2 Use of the Service and accounting for Generations

2.1. Before payment and launch, the User is given access to this document, the terms of the selected Package and a description of the result. Acceptance of the Agreement is confirmed by a separate action in the interface after the User has been given an opportunity to review it. Merely opening the bot does not replace that confirmation.

2.2. The User prepares a request, checks the information entered and confirms the launch. Creation of the result begins after confirmation, provided that a Generation is available. One unit may be deducted for a successfully completed Generation with delivery of the result to the User.

2.3. One unit may be reserved during processing. In the event of a technical failure, no result, or delivery of an inaccessible or damaged file, the reservation is released and any deducted unit is restored. Redelivery of the same result is not charged again.

2.4. Before the request is confirmed, the Service gives an estimated processing time. In the event of a delay, the User may contact support. If the agreed deadline is missed, the User's statutory rights apply; failure of third-party technology does not terminate the Provider's obligations.

2.5. Changing the lyrics, style or other parameters after a successful Generation and confirming a new launch consumes a separate unit unless the interface expressly provides for a free revision. Remedying defects in the service is handled separately and is not replaced by a requirement to purchase a new Generation.

2.6. Paid Generations are recorded against the User's Telegram account. Their validity period must be stated before payment. If no period is stated, Generations are not cancelled solely because time has elapsed. Changes do not shorten the validity period of an already paid Package.

2.7. The User is responsible for saving the files received. If limited, the retention period for results and the validity period of links are communicated before launch. Expiry of a retention period does not extinguish claims relating to defects in the service.

3 Quality of results and obligations of the parties

3.1. The Provider ensures the operation of the functionality, accounting for payments and Generations, delivery of results and handling of enquiries. During scheduled maintenance or significant failures, the Provider notifies Users through the Service where possible.

3.2. Automated generation allows variation in melody, vocals, pronunciation and artistic interpretation of a request. An exact resemblance to a particular performer, uniqueness of a composition, professional studio quality and commercial success are not guaranteed unless the Provider has separately undertaken the relevant obligation.

3.3. A subjective mismatch with musical preferences is not, by itself, a technical failure. However, the result must meet the agreed specifications and be suitable for the stated purpose; this clause does not exclude claims concerning defects in the service.

3.4. The User must provide lawful materials, refrain from interfering with the Service or circumventing limits, and not use another person's payment instruments without permission. Requests that violate the law or third-party rights, as well as threats, harassment and fraud, are prohibited.

4 User materials and rights to results

4.1. The User retains their rights in submitted lyrics and other materials. The User authorises the Provider to process, reproduce and transmit those materials to engaged service providers only to the extent necessary to fulfil the request and deliver the result.

4.2. The User must hold the necessary rights and permissions for the lyrics, recordings, images and other materials used. Use of another person's identifiable voice, likeness or personal data is permitted only on a lawful basis. Separate permission may be required for commercial use.

4.3. The Provider does not independently publish requests or results in advertising or public examples without separate permission. Materials are transmitted to Suno for generation. Its standard terms permit broad use of materials and results, including model improvement. Before a request is sent, the Provider discloses the applicable terms and obtains the necessary permissions; confidentiality and exclusion from Suno training are not promised without a separate contractual basis. The User retains rights in their own lyrics; personal non-property rights are not assigned.

4.4. The User may download, store and listen to a result and give it as a personal gift, within the rights available to the Provider. If these uses are restricted by the terms of the technology used, the restrictions are disclosed before payment and services incompatible with them are not offered.

4.5. The User may store and listen to a generated song, give it free of charge as a personal gift, and post it on personal social media and in non-monetised videos for non-commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights and mandatory attribution requirements. The User is prohibited from selling or reselling generated songs, providing paid access to them, granting rights to use them for remuneration, or incorporating them into goods or services provided for a fee. Use of songs in advertising, monetised content or for other commercial purposes is not permitted. Payment for generation does not transfer exclusive rights or grant the right to commercial use of the result. These restrictions concern the User's use of a result and do not replace the rights and permissions required by the Provider to offer the Service's paid services.

4.6. The existence and scope of protected rights in a result depend on applicable law, human creative contribution and rights in the source materials. The Provider does not guarantee the absence of similarities to other works and does not grant third-party rights that it does not hold. This does not release the Provider from liability for its own infringements.

5 Data processing

5.1. To perform the contract, the Provider processes the Telegram identifier, username where available, order and payment details, Generation Balance, requests, results and support enquiries. The data categories, legal bases, retention periods and procedures for exercising rights are disclosed in a separate Personal Data Processing Policy available before data are transferred.

5.2. The User must not include documents, payment details, health information or other sensitive information unnecessary for creating a song in requests. Other persons' data may be included only on a lawful basis.

5.3. The Provider may engage payment and technology services, including generation providers. Before processing, it discloses the categories of recipients, purposes of processing, countries and terms of cross-border transfer, where required by law, in the Personal Data Processing Policy or a separate notice through the Service interface, and ensures the necessary legal bases and safeguards.

5.4. Acceptance of the Public Offer does not replace separate consent to data processing where required, and does not constitute consent to advertising messages. Bank card details are entered in the payment provider's interface; support does not request CVV codes, passwords or verification codes.

6 Support liability and disputes

6.1. Technical support on Telegram: https://t.me/help_klassai. Email for formal enquiries and claims: klassvpn@gmail.com. The User provides the account identifier, payment date and amount, order number if available, and a description of the issue.

6.2. Support may request information necessary for verification, but not excessive personal data. Failure to provide optional information is not grounds for rejecting a lawful claim. The Provider explains which data are necessary and why.

6.3. Insults, threats and spam may result in termination of the current support session or restriction of the support chat. The ability to submit a formal enquiry by email and the User's contractual rights are preserved.

6.4. Where there are reasonable indications of a violation, the Provider may temporarily restrict the relevant functionality during an investigation and communicate the reason and appeal procedure. Termination of access does not automatically result in forfeiture of unused payments; settlement is governed by the contract and the law.

6.5. The Provider is not liable for faults in the User's device or circumstances beyond its control to the extent permitted by law. Dependence on Telegram, payment systems and generation providers does not exclude the obligation to restore incorrectly deducted Generations and consider claims concerning services not provided.

6.6. Limitations of liability apply only to the extent that they do not conflict with mandatory legal requirements. They do not exclude liability for intentional violations or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

6.7. The contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation, subject to mandatory rules applicable to the particular relationship. Disputes are heard by a competent court under statutory rules; the consumer's statutory right to choose jurisdiction is preserved.

6.8. The Provider publishes new versions in the Service. They apply to future purchases and do not worsen the terms of paid Packages without separate agreement with the User, except where required by mandatory law. Continued use does not constitute a waiver of previously acquired rights.

Public Offer

1 Subject matter and formation of the contract

1.1. The Provider offers to enter into a contract for paid automated song generation services through klass.music. The User purchases the selected number of Generations, and the Provider supplies the functionality and results under this document.

1.2. The Public Offer is addressed to the persons specified in clause 1.3 of the Agreement. Successful payment for the selected Package, after an opportunity to review the Public Offer has been provided, constitutes acceptance. The contract is concluded at that time.

1.3. Before payment, the number of Generations, total price, validity period if any, characteristics of the result, restrictions on use, refund procedure and Provider contact details are disclosed. The Provider retains information on the terms of the particular purchase and payment confirmation.

2 Prices and payment

2.1. This draft reflects the prices and Generation quantities shown in the supplied klass.music interface. The Provider must confirm that these prices are current as of publication.

MINI: 1 Generation, package price RUB 349, price per Generation RUB 349.

START: 3 Generations, package price RUB 790, price per Generation RUB 263.33.

PRO: 5 Generations, package price RUB 990, price per Generation RUB 198.

CREATOR: 10 Generations, package price RUB 1,590, price per Generation RUB 159.

2.2. The price per Generation is shown for reference and rounded to kopecks; the Package is paid for in full. Crossed-out prices and discount percentages are not fixed in the contract. The promotional period and its terms must be stated before payment.

2.3. Payment is made using methods available in the Service. The price of a particular purchase is determined by the terms shown immediately before payment confirmation. Price changes do not alter the cost or number of Generations already paid for.

2.4. The Package is credited after successful payment is confirmed. If it is not credited, the User contacts support; the Provider checks the payment and corrects the error. This Public Offer does not provide for automatic recurring charges or renewals.

3 Provision of services

3.1. Crediting a Package makes Generations available to order and does not, by itself, constitute provision of all paid services. Each Generation is performed after the User separately confirms a request under section 2 of the Agreement.

3.2. A Generation is considered provided when the request has been processed successfully and an accessible result has been delivered through the bot. Opening the menu, crediting a Package or reserving a unit does not constitute a completed Generation. Delivery of a result does not deprive the User of the right to report defects.

3.3. Free Generations, bonuses and a referral programme apply only where rules have been published in the Service. Their terms do not reduce the volume of the paid Package. This Public Offer does not, by itself, provide for cash referral payments.

4 Withdrawal from the contract and refunds

4.1. The User may withdraw from further performance of the contract. Merely crediting a Package or using one Generation does not exclude a refund for the unprovided part of the services. No general prohibition on refunds after the first launch applies.

4.2. On withdrawal, the calculation is based on the payment for the particular Package, the volume of services duly provided and documented expenses actually incurred that may lawfully be deducted. The same amounts are not deducted twice. The Provider supplies a clear calculation and evidence supporting deductions.

4.3. The cost of completed Generations is calculated by dividing the price of the purchased Package by the number of Generations included. The unused balance is not recalculated at the more expensive MINI rate. Rounding is applied when determining the final refund amount.

4.4. If no Generation has been completed and there are no expenses that may lawfully be deducted, the payment is refunded in full. If a result is not delivered because of a technical failure, the Provider restores the Generation; restoration does not deprive the User of statutory monetary claims.

4.5. Claims relating to defects in the service, missed deadlines or inaccurate information are considered under applicable law. Rights to remedy defects, a price reduction or a refund in statutory cases are preserved. Subjective assessment of a result is considered in light of the agreed characteristics and clause 3.3 of the Agreement.

4.6. A request is sent to support or to the email address specified in section 6 of the Agreement. Information sufficient to identify the User and payment, and a description of the claim, are sufficient. The User is not required to state a reason for withdrawal without cause.

4.7. The Provider replies and makes any refund due within 10 calendar days after receiving the claim, unless the law sets a shorter period. Requests for clarification are not used to extend mandatory deadlines arbitrarily. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless the parties agree on another lawful method.

5 Final provisions and details
